  • Items such as software, printer ink, batteries, and clearance sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • If your item arrives faulty, defective, or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (M-Pesa, Card, or Bank Transfer).

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your provider.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.

4. Warranty

  • Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
